        Please be advised that we strongly recommend attaching the posts securely to your selected site surface with post mounts. Different surfaces will require different styles of post mounts. Outdoor Living Today has been using post mounts manufactured by the Simpson Strongtie Company; their products are readily available at your local hardware store.

        Online orders include free shipping and delivery for Continental US and Canada from Courier Services such as UPS and FED-EX, and for Standard Motor Freight as well.

        The average lead time is 4 weeks (20 business days) from time of order to shipment. Please confirm with us if you need a more accurate shipping time.

        • 1 year for defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Costs incurred for customer installations are not included.
        • In the event of a missing or broken piece, simply call the Outdoor Living Today Customer Support Line @ 1-888-658-1658 within 30 days of the delivery of your purchase to receive couriered replacement parts, free of charge, within 10 business days of this notification.
        • Replacement parts will not be provided free of charge after the 30 day grace period.
